This paper presents crop-disaggregated nitrogen demand function estimates for Great Britain. Utilising published official data sources and dynamic time series econometric techniques, the paper estimates separate nutrient demand functions for wheat, barley, and oilseed rape, and compares the estimated coefficients to existing published estimates nutrient demand for GB and the UK.
