Abstract:
Using a combination secondary aggregate data and farm survey data, this study analysed the growth in demand for chemical fertilizers, application rates and their inadequacy, fertilizer price and distribution policies and their impact on fertilizer market efficiency and demand, and the implications of the findings for future fertilizer plicy.
