Proposals for the Development of the Grand Bay Area, Dominica

Abstract: These proposals were developed by a post-Conference Committee in response to a request by the Executive of the Caribbean Agro- Economic Society. The Committee composed representatives of: the Executive; the Government of Dominica; the Grand Bay Community; and the original team of consultants. In performing this task the Committee built on the recommendations put forward during the Conference. The proposals were submitted to the Government of Dominica on Wednesday, September 15th, 1976.
