Abstract:
Eight dwarf short-duration pigeon pea cultivars, reported to be day length insensitive, were tested for their adaptability at Bodies Research Station. Analysis of the data provided estimates on the magnitude of the variance components for days to flowering height, days to harvest and yields. Based on these combined components, ICPL 146 and ICPL were best varieties.
