Abstract: This work is focused on the study of consumption acceptance towards GM foods, analysing the level of knowledge and perceptions about them. Conjoint Analyses will be used to determine the importance of different attributes on purchase intention and GM food consumption intention will be measured as well as the effect of information on consumption intention.
