Abstract: Excerpt from the Foreword: This bibliography entirely supersedes and brings to date a bibliography with the same title compiled by Emily L. Day and issued as Agricultural Economics Bibliography No. 29. It is a compilation of selected references to what has been published on the valuation of real estate, particularly farm real estate in the United States. Since principles and methods of valuation have received more attention for urban than for rural property, at least in this country, references to some studies of urban valuation have been included.
