Abstract:
The main objective is to examine the contribution of rural finance to farm investment patterns in Imo State, Nigeria. First a brief history of the provision of agricultural credit in Nigeria is given, followed by a discussion of the relevance of credit in increasing farm investment and productivity in rural areas.
