Abstract:
The primary purpose of this study is to explore the relations between the consumption of milk by different income groups in Cali, Colombia. The specific objectives are: (1) To estimate the nutritional level of present diets for four income groups; (2) To determine factors which influence the consumption of milk; and (3) To explore food supplements as a way of increasing nutritional levels.
