Abstract: This paper is a summary of the management implications to consider when choosing among multiple owner farm business organizations. These include joint operating agreements, partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations, both subchapter C and subchapter S. We assume the reader has some familiarity with income tax laws and legal terminology.
