Abstract: This research paper summarizes information about white maize whole sale market last year, using SIMA data base. Besides prices of 2001 (compared the 2000 ones), it provides information about provenience of white maize, the time of storage, the main buyers, the gender of interviewed traders, quantity available for sale and the most common unit of measure used by the whole sale market sellers.
