Comparative Analysis of United States and Canadian Wheat Grades

Abstract: This report represents a continuation in the study of market development for hard red spring and durum wheat. A comparative analysis of United States and Canadian wheat grade standards was made to alert North Dakota wheat producers to recent changes in Canadian wheat grades and standards and to show how they compare with existing United States Grades and Standards.
