No 229565, 2016 Annual Meeting, February 6-9, 2016, San Antonio, Texas from Southern Agricultural Economics Association

Abstract: The objectives of this study are to determine which goals are considered most important by U.S. grass-fed beef producers and to evaluate the drivers impacting producer goals. The goals “maintain and conserve land” and “produce healthy beef” were the most important goals while “increase farm size” was the least important.
