CONTROLE DOS OBJETIVOS E METAS ECONÔMICAS E SOCIOAMBIENTAIS NAS EMPRESAS: UM ESTUDO APLICADO NA PRODUÇÃO DE BIOCOMBUSTÍVEIS EM RONDÔNIA

Abstract: Este trabalho buscou evidenciar a incompatibilidade existente entre os interesses econômicos em contraponto com os interesses socioambientais acerca da produção de biocombustíveis – biodiesel e etanol – no Estado de Rondônia e qual o auxílio da controladoria neste contexto. O estudo foi conduzido através da pesquisa bibliográfica e de campo onde se procurou subsídios para o assunto em estudo. Com a metodologia colocada na prática, verificou-se que os dados apresentados sugerem a importância da análise dos impactos que poderão ocorrer com a implantação dessas atividades em Rondônia, cabendo as empresas desenvolverem Sistemas de Controle e Avaliação no sentido de viabilizá-las nas áreas econômica e socioambiental. Para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa, instrumentos foram editados e aplicados onde se procedeu a aplicação da metodologia e discutem-se os resultados onde são confirmados sua incompatibilidade.----------------------------This work searched to evidence the contribution of the controllership in the organizations involved in the production of biofuels - biodiesel and bioethanol - in the State of Rondônia, relating its economic objectives with the referring social and environment objectives to these enterprises. The study was leaded through the bibliographical research where subsidies to base the subject on study looked. With the methodology placed in the practical one, it was verified that the presented data suggest the importance of the analysis of the impacts that will be able to occur with the implantation of these activities, being fit the companies to develop Systems of Control and Evaluation that they can in such a way make possible this enterprise in the economic area, as in social and environment area, sustainable. For the development of the research, instruments had been edited and applied where if the application proceeded from the methodology and is argued the results where are confirmed it incompatibility.
