The present paper intends to point some of the redefinitions in agricultural labor, resulting from the reorganization process of the grape space transformed in agribusiness, where the tropical fruit agribusiness has expanded. The methodology is organized around the update of the bibliographic research and the goal subjects; production of papers in the studied area. It concludes that there has been an important diffusion in the typically capitalist labor relations in areas that, until recently, were dominated by subsistence agriculture, vegetable extractivism and extensive cattle breeding. So, a clear sign that modern means can bring benefits to the agricultural businessman can be expressed in the paradigm that has been assimilated by him: sell to plant and not plant to sell.
