TURISMO NO ESPAÇO RURAL: A IMPORTÂNCIA DO PLANEJAMENTO DAS INSTALAÇÕES PARA MINIMIZAR OS IMPACTOS CAUSADOS PELO EXCESSO DE CARGA NOS AMBIENTES RURAIS E NATURAIS

Abstract: O artigo aborda a importância do planejamento dos equipamentos turísticos e outras instalações para propriedades que desenvolvem o turismo no espaço rural de forma a minimizar os impactos ambientais. O turismo apresenta potencialidades para o desenvolvimento rural sustentável e o planejamento turístico é uma das ferramentas fundamentais para garantir o desenvolvimento da atividade ao longo dos anos. Para tanto é necessário considerar a capacidade de carga dos ambientes naturais. Alguns indicadores de sustentabilidade são apresentados. O artigo enfatiza a necessidade de obter uma visão geral do que se possui através do inventário e que a propriedade seja subdividida (zoneada) de acordo com as particularidades de seu ecossistema. As instalações no meio rural necessitam ser alocadas segundo as idiossincrasias identificadas em cada localidade. --------------------------------------------The article approaches the importance of the planning of the tourism equipments and other installation in properties that develop the tourism in the rural space in way to minimize the environmental impacts. The tourism presents potentialities for the rural sustainable development and the tourism planning is one of the fundamental tools to guarantee the development of the activity along the years. However, it is necessary to consider the carrying capacity of the environment. The article emphasizes the need to obtain a general vision about what the property possessed through the inventory and, that the property it will be subdivided (delimitarized zone) in agreement with the particularities of its ecosystem. The installation in the rural space need to be allocated according to those idiosyncrasies.
