PROGRAMA DE ACELERAÇÃO DO CRESCIMENTO: UMA ANÁLISE SOBRE A CONSTRUÇÃO DE HIDRELÉTRICAS NA REGIÃO DA AMAZÔNIA LEGAL

Abstract: O objetivo deste artigo é o de coletar e agregar dados e informações econômicas e sociais sobre a região da Amazônia Legal, de forma a auxiliar na análise sobre a proposta de implantação de usinas hidrelétricas previstas no Plano de Aceleração do Crescimento (PAC). A fundamentação teórica se baseia na estrutura econômica que demanda o consumo cada vez maior de energia com fins econômicos. Este artigo possui uma metodologia analítica, na busca pela análise sobre os impactos ambientais gerados pela implantação de hidrelétricas na região da Amazônia Legal. As conclusões estão abertas, pois são baseadas em questões amplas sobre o conceito e a viabilidades dos impactos ambientais na busca pelo crescimento econômico e apaziguamento das diferenças regionais. Desta forma, abrem-se portas para futuras pesquisas, na busca por respostas mais específicas dentro de um amplo e controverso tema, que envolve duas questões, a saber, crescimento e sustentabilidade ambiental.------------------------------------------The goal of this article is to collect and to add data about economic social information of the region of the legal Amazônia. In order to aid of form in the analysis on the proposal of implantation of hydroelectric power station in the Plan of Acceleration of Growth (PAC). The base theoretical is based on the economic structure that demand of consumption it is bigger every time of energy with economic aim. This article posses an analytical methodology, in the search for the analysis on the environmental impacts generated by the implantation of hydroelectric power station in the region of the legal amazonia. The conclusion are opened because the concept and viabilities of the environmental impact for the economic growth and conciliate the regional difference are based an ample questions on. In this a way doors are opened for future research in order to get more specific answers inside of an ample and controversial subject, that involves two questions, namely, growth and environmental sustentability.
