FORECASTING MODELS IN MANAGEMENT

Jiří Šindelář

No 43331, Bulletin of the Szent Istvan University from Szent Istvan University, Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences

Abstract: This article deals with the problems of forecasting models. First part of the article is dedicated to definition of the relevant areas (vertical and horizontal pillar of definition) and then the forecasting model itself is defined; as article presents theoretical background for further primary research, this definition is crucial. Finally the position of forecasting models within the management system is identified. The paper is a part of the outputs of FEM CULS grant no. 1312/11/3121.
