Abstract:
In the past the oxen were used as working animals, but nowadays in some countries there have been trading with young fattened steer meat. With the help of trading questionnaire we wanted to find out the actual possibilities for sale of breaded steer meat in our country. We used the method of the questionnaire and interview. The results of our research show, how more and more consumers are being aware of the breeding technology and healthier diet. Those consumers would also be prepared to buy such products with higher retail price, but they have to be accessible on more locations.
