Abstract: This book analyzes domestic demand and market potential for major food and industrial commodities, maize, soybean, potato and rice. The study sets forth long-term trends in the dietary pattern of the Pakistan people. The study gives in-depth analysis of emerging markets for various kinds of fruit and vegetables. It gives a clear account of the relation between public and private efforts in agri-industry in Pakistan over the last two decades.
