Abstract: This guide provides descriptions and illustrative samples of available statistics from the agricultural and rural economic and social indicators published by the Economic Research Service (ERS), U.S. Department of Agriculture. Users will learn what the statistics measure, when and where the information is published, whether the data are available in electronic form, and whom to contact for more information. The data come from various published reports and materials prepared by ERS staff. Underlying data and series frequently come from other Federal agencies or from international organizations.
