Abstract: Publication in Economic Research Service reports, in scientific and academic journals, and in other data and information products is central to the ERS mission. The ERS publishing process ensures that products meet the objectives of high-quality and timely economic analysis, transparent explanation of methods, objective interpretation of results, and effective communication to the intended audience. This document outlines the peer review and clearance procedures used by ERS to satisfy the high standards expected from one of the Federal Government’s 13 principal statistical agencies
