Abstract:
With nearly half of the fiscal year completed, exports were $2.4 billion higher in 1992...U.S. agricultural imports rose slightly during the first 5 months of 1992, increasing) percent to $9.8 billion... The exported share of. U.S. production fell to an estimated 16 percent in FY 1991. .. During the last half of the 1980' s, the United Kingdom, Australia, Belgium, and Italy joined the United States, France, Holland, and Germany in exporting more than $10 billion in agricultural products per year.
