Abstract:
Report Introduction: This publication is designed primarily to provide information and instruction for grain farmers, grain dealers, and grain students on why and how grain is graded. It is not designed for grain inspectors, for they must necessarily use a more precise and detailed grain grading technique than that described herein. The official grain standards are not given here because they are found in the Handbook of Official Grain Standards of the United States, U.S.G.S.A., Form No. 90, Revised June 1937.
