Abstract: Excerpts from the Introduction: This list of the sources of current prices was compiled to meet an urgent need in the library of the Bureau of Agricultural Economics, U. S. Department of Agriculture. No claim is made for completeness. We hope to add to the number of periodicals indexed as soon as practicable. In spite of the incompleteness of the list, our need for it made us decide not to delay its publication. In most cases we have used the terminology found in the periodicals themselves. Cities or commodities quoted infrequently have not been mentioned. The items starred are those which do not appear regularly but do appear with enough frequency to be useful.
