Abstract:
Excerpts from the report: It is the purpose of this report to summarize and interpret present data in the hands of the development agencies so as to (1) estimate the increase in crop and pasture production and the numbers of new farms likely to result from the proposed irrigation, (2) estimate the probable loss in crop and pasture production in reservoir sites and the number of farm families who may have to be relocated, and (3) indicate the approximate rate at which these changes may be expected if the proposed irrigation and reservoir developments are carried out as planned.
