No 154907, Statistical Bulletin from United States Department of Agriculture, Economic Research Service
Abstract:
This bulletin complements the Processed Food Trade Concordance (1995), Agriicultural Handbook no. 707, which summarizes the procedures used to convert Bureau of the Census trade data to U.S. processed food industry data. Together, both bulletins provide the procedure used to compile processed food and beverage trade data for the period covering 1990 through 1994. Processed food trade trends are also discussed for the period covering 1990-94. The database was produced from Bureau of the Census CD-ROM data.
