Abstract:
This publication has been prepared as an aid for researchers and for teachers of advanced courses in production economics. Computer graphics is utilized as a highly adaptable tool for discovering shapes of agricultural production function surfaces. The first part of this publication presents agricultural production functions that have been widely used by agricultural economics researchers. Comparisons are made of production surfaces for alternative production functions appearing in recent literature.
