POPULATION EFFECTS OF COPPER-NICKEL DEVELOPMENT IN NORTHEAST MINNESOTA

Abstract: Computer simulations of population changes associated with alternative copper-nickel mining development scenarios are presented in this report. Projected population changes for seven alternative development scenarios are examined in detail for a primary mining impact Study Area in St. Louis County, Minnesota.
