WATER RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (WRM) IN THE VENETO REGION: A HISTORICAL PERSPECTIVE

Abstract: The aim of this work is to illustrate the historical evolution of man's intervention in water resource management in the Veneto region in order to highlight, from both the technical and financial points of view, the ability of the institution of the consortia to join public and private interests and to adapt itself to the changing economical and social needs in this region.
