Abstract: This policy brief presents projected ARC-CO and PLC payments for corn, soybeans, and wheat base acres for the 2025 and 2026 crop years. For 2026, projected payments are evaluated under three enrollment scenarios to illustrate how different ARC-CO and PLC enrollment assumptions would affect payment outcomes.
