Abstract:
This report describes the general structure and operations of shared-services cooperatives and discusses some of the benefits accorded to their owners. This report will provide some insights for business people and public servants interested in organizing a shared-services cooperative. It discusses how they are organized and how they operate. This includes corporate structure, governance, and management. It also describes elements that promote the sucess of shared-services cooperatives.
