Abstract: Excerpts from the report: Cooperative communications activities cover traditional business communications but extend to the educational dimension associated with the unique operating characteristics of the cooperative enterprise. Though nearly everything that occurs in a cooperative involves some form of communications, this publication focuses on those activities normally identified as information and member and public relations functions.
