Abstract: Report Preface: This report defines and evaluates some techniques for training programs. Employee training programs, individual philosophy, and evaluation of training of four cooperatives are examined. Also included are key points for establishing training programs, or further developing existing programs, and evaluating them. Information for this report was obtained from a survey of four cooperatives, human resource textbooks, and documents on strategic planning.
