Abstract:
Excerpts from the Report: The first objective of this report is to review the current situation of agricultural cooperatives in Alaska and their short-term outlook. The second objective is to recommend and outline the potentially useful role of cooperatives in Alaskan agricultural development. These recommendations will include suggested actions to realize the maximum potential value of cooperative operations. Transportation will be given attention as it relates to both objectives.
