Abstract: Excerpt from the Preface: The National Agricultural Library has collected Chinese publications for a century and maintains one of the largest collections of Chinese books and periodicals in the agricultural-biological fields. The present bibliography contains only Chinese publications from the Republic of China since 1947. It does not include Chinese publications issued in the Mainland under the National Government, nor the Communist Chinese publications issued since 1949. This bibliography contains two major parts: serial publications and monographs. The bibliography also Includes a list of publishers (in English translation and Chinese), an index to titles of monographs (in Wade-Giles romanization and original English translation), and an author index.
