Abstract: This report treats three distinct, yet related aspects of agricultural international relations: (1) foreign agricultural trade, (2) food aid, and (3) foreign agricultural development. The Joint Task Force highlights national research needs and current programs and formulates recommended research programs for the following Research Program Areas (RPA): Foreign Agricultural Trade, RPA 601; Food Aid Research, RPA 602; and Foreign Agricultural Development, RPA 603.
