No 368982, USDA Miscellaneous from United States Department of Agriculture

Abstract: Excerpt from the Address by Secretary of Agriculture Orville L. Freeman keynoting regional Land and People Conference, Loyola University, New Orleans, La., October 15, 1962: I am happy to be in the Crescent City.
