Abstract:
This publication has been prepared for those generally interested in rural zoning legislation as a method of promoting better land utilization. It presents a general discussion of the method of zoning and of some of the problems encountered in the drafting of zoning enabling legislation, and in addition, it offers concrete, illustrations as to how these problems might be resolved.
