Abstract: The Agricultural Mechanization System includes operating power (tractor), associated agricultural Machines and required labor. The private sector is the main source of enterprising of such systems, available for rent, in Egyptian market. Therefore, this study aimed at evaluating to what the incentives for investments are available for such activity towards proposed expansion in such investment in the future. The evaluation parameters are: seasonal operational index of the System, profitability, level of risk in profitability, optimum economic level of operation, return to investment and factors affecting such level and finally the impact of each individual machine on the profitability of the system. On the other hand the achieved income from the system is compared with the average per capita income in Egypt, to show how such enterprise can cover the living expenses for the holder's family.
