Abstract:
This research paper has focused on project risk management and processes applied to real estate property project development in Thailand. The paper shows some information with the case study in Thailand. The research relates to conceptual models linked to project risk management processes with a summary of ideas in recovery the real estate crisis in Thailand. Developing the concept of project management and life cycles associated with time - cost - performance and technology subject to the objective of risk control to meet the needs of potential customers.
