Abstract: The presentation will deal with the development of the real estate market in the Slovack Republic and the responsive of STYís educators to the required new skills and body of Knowledge. We will present the curricula of two specialization that partly reflect the needs of market. The economics and management of construction sector and spatial planning and management. We shall also outline the future perspectives of the real estate education in Slovackia.
