Abstract:
The commercial property management should lead to the propertyís owner strategic goals realization. Two typical goals are optimization of the propertyís operating incomes and maximize propertyís value over time. Both these tasks are being carried out by the property management professionals, who take care of the property. The paper first provides an in depth analysis of the factors influencing the commercial property value on the Polish market with main focus on the biggest cities. The analysis provides a list of hints for the commercial property managers to optimise the level of operating incomes and to keep fair and steady growth in the property value. That, in turn, leads to the ownerís strategic goals realisation.
