Trends in Near-Emerging Real Estate

Morteza Aalabaf-Sabaghi

ERES from European Real Estate Society (ERES)

Abstract: Real estate is highly affected by development and economic stability of emerging and developing economies. While this is a characteristic commonly expected in emerging markets, real estate values and investment in volatile emerging markets are not clearly understood. This paper explores trends in real estate in Iran and tries to link real estate values with main economic indicators.
