Abstract:
Size and neighbourhood significantly affect house prices, conditional on social and economical trends. In this paper we investigate the relationship between size, location and price in Bucharestís apartments market, which has recently seen a dramatic price surge. Using average transaction prices from last years, we investigate price evolutions toward and away from the centre.
