Abstract:
Iran is one of the leading countries in the Real Estate market in the Middle East. In recent years the role of private sector in this field has been increased (about % 95). But in spite of high investment on the Real Estate industry, they are facing with a lot of troubles and obstacles in order to come into the competitive and global markets. So, in this research we attempt on analyzing the Real Estate situation in Iran and clarifying their requirement for being effective actors in the global markets. Indeed, we have focus on both of their weaknessesí aspects, Technological and Managerial.
