Abstract: Evidence of the impact of behavioral analysis in real estate has become clearer during the real estate market bubble, and prior to that, when irrational exuberance affected the movements in this market. The purpose of this paper is to comprise a literature review of behavioral real estate, looking closely on the concepts and potential for analysis.
