Abstract: The analysis, conducted between 2020 and 2021, aims to identify the main success factors of cluster policies and make useful proposals to the regional legislator for the improvement of sector legislation in Apulia. The analysis was conducted by means of semi-structured interviews through online video-interviews, online survey responses and phone calls with the analysis of overall about 20 cases.
