Abstract: The report analyses the specialisation of Apulia's manufacturing sectors, through a number of indicators, in order to draw policy indications differentiated by sector within the framework of the development of a regional strategy of smart specialisation. In particular, the indicators used are those of competitive positioning: location, competitiveness and export capacity. After a summary of the main findings of the analysis, the conclusions of the Instant Report propose some policy suggestions that could be adopted for the different groups of sectors.
