Abstract: The purpose of the present research is to provide an overview and analysis of the functioning of deposit insurers in CIS countries, including those that are not members of EARC IADI. In total 10 countries participated in the research: Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine (IADI members), Armenia and Kyrgyzstan (observers of EARC IADI), and Belarus, Moldova, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
