Abstract:
This study's purpose is to make a performance review of the undergraduate program of public administration offered by the Faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences of Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca. The study will reflect the views of graduate students which are the „beneficiary” of the program. In this regard, the study will present both the clients’ satisfaction, namely the students’ satisfaction measured in a multidimensional manner, as well as the impact, the image of the program and the possible outcomes or benefits that the program has, as they are perceived by the graduate students.
